Please calculate the area of your wall by multiplying the height and the width of the wall, in metre. For example a 2m wide x 2.2m high room's area is = 4.4sqm. We estimate you will need:

1 roll if your area is up to 4sqm

2 rolls if your area is 4.1-8 sqm

3 rolls if your area is 8.1-12sqm

4 rolls if your area is 12.1-16sqm

5 rolls if your area is 16-20sqm

Please allow 10% for waste.

Premium wallpaper utilises the "paste the wall" application method. The decorator should paste the wall and not the back of the wall covering. This method ensures a hassle-free, easy application.

A good quality, solvent free, fungicide protected ready-mixed ‘tub’ adhesive – specifically for paste the wall non-woven papers should be used.

Peel and Stick wallpaper has a self-adhesive backing. Apply to clean, smooth walls or other surfaces. Full instruction can be read on each wallpaper roll.

• Samples are dispatched in 1-3 working days via Royal Mail
• Wallpaper rolls are in stock in small quantities and stock is replenished every week.
• Backorder: If your chosen design is on backorder, it means that it's sold out but it has been ordered to be re-printed. Please order now and you should get your order in approximately 10 working days.
• Once dispatched, your order should arrive in 2 working days, or the next working day if you upgrade to express shipping.
• 48hr delivery on samples is £2.50 and free on orders over £60.
• Peel and Stick wallpaper is printed on demand and unless there is leftover stock, it will take up to 14-21 days to be printed.

International orders:

• Samples are sent via Royal Mail, please allow 5-7 working days,
• Wallpaper rolls are dispatched via Fedex Express Service, please allow 2-5 working days for them to arrive.

I hope you will love your wallpaper, fabric or homeware. If for any reason you need to return your order, you can do so within 30 days of receipt, in its original packaging. Please contact me on info@sorbetdreams.com to discuss the return. The general conditions are:

• Buyer can return this item
• Buyer must return item within 30 days of delivery
• Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

In the unlikely event that any goods delivered are damaged or faulty please contact me within 24 hours to arrange a return. If goods are faulty, damaged or an error has been made on our part I will pay for the return postage.  Once the goods are received and inspected a full refund or replacement will be offered.

Please note that samples, custom colour wallpaper and any cut fabric is not refundable.
