Sorbet Dreams is a small independent & sustainable wallpaper, fabric and home décor brand founded and run by Reka Thornton, interior designer turned pattern designer. Reka is a self taught pattern designer whose love for colours, the search for something unique and ethically sourced, made her establish Sorbet Dreams.

Reka lives in Hertfordshire, right between London and Cambridge with her family, where she designs her patterns which are mainly based on her love for gardening and plants, family adventures small and big. All her wallpapers, fabrics, cushions are printed in England in small batches, or made to order. 

Why made to order and sustainable?

• All wallpaper is made from high quality, fully FSC certified paper, meaning they don't contain any nasty chemicals. By utilizing these materials, we can reduce the demand for virgin resources and decrease the amount of waste that ends up in landfills
• All wallpaper is printed with high quality, water-based inks that are environmentally-friendly and colour-fast
• All wallpaper is manufactured in the UK, in an energy efficient way in small quantities, in order to reduce waste
• All wallpaper is designed to be durable and long-lasting. They are created with high-quality materials and finishes that can withstand the test of time. This means that you won't have to replace your wallpapers frequently, reducing waste and saving resources in the long run
• Sorbet Dreams prioritises fair trade and ethical labour practices, ensuring that the individuals involved in the production process are treated fairly and paid a living wage
• Recyclable materials are used in packaging
• Postal collections are limited to two days a week when possible to reduce carbon footprint (excl. express shipping)
